Happy Gratitude Day!

It is my sincere prayer that everyone does a little soul-searching regarding the history behind what we celebrate as "Thanksgiving." In doing so, come to appreciate the tremendous sacrifice that Indiginous Americans have endured due to the US government's unfair and racial prejudices. Please be mindful of the real history, and pay your respects to the original Earthkeepers, not only in this North American region, but ALL the Ones that kept the Natural Ways of bridging Earth and Spirit intact and alive.

Too much pain has gone unacknowledged in other Tribal areas,

including the Celts in Europe, the people of Africa,

and all Native races of South and Central America, and everywhere!

I'm not saying that we shouldn't give our thanks and express appreciation for the blessings we've each received throughout the year, but I'm proposing that we become informed and respectful before venturing out to celebrate modern traditions unconsciously. This is why I prefer to refer to the day as "Gratitude Day" instead of "Thanksgiving."

That said, I am deeply grateful to everyone that has been in my life.

You are each a Divine Blessing and my Heart is full! Thank you!!!

Now, on to some key Quest~Ions to consider on this Sagittarius New Moon/Eclipse:

Is it time to take a journey into areas previously unknown to you?

Perhaps it's time to board a plane or sign up for an educational course?

Or is your Spirit calling you to enter into a Vision Quest in order to receive new inspiration, or to amp up your vibrational volume?

Here we meet with Higher Education in all its forms including religion and philosophy - can you identify what set of beliefs might be keeping you from expanding into new horizons? It's time to shake yourself out of your comfort zone and move into greater and expanded territory!

Sagittarius being a FIRE sign, brings the opportunity to fan those inner flames of creativity, passion and self-expression. What courageous acts of self-inquiry and self-expansion can you take this moonth, so that you are feeling the full vitality of being outrageously ALIVE??!!

Regardless of your Sun or Moon Sign, this moonth we all get to play with this Sagittarian energy, which includes:

Freedom, the quest for higher truth, higher education, spiritual ideals, divine law, belief systems, travel & foreign lands, our Mission Statement, mentorship, teaching, luck, optimism, adventure!

And since it's a Solar Eclipse, you'll want to dig deep regarding your emotional stance about all these Sagittarian issues!

To top it off, Mercury also went retrograde in this sign, so you'll have ample opportunity to do some inner research about these topics.

I really feel very strongly that we need to consciously utilize the energy of this Eclipse to clear out the Roots (Cancer) on our personal Tree of Life (MC/IC axis), so that the Fruits/Foliage (Capricorn) can manifest more cleanly and abundantly. Going into the Game with an Intention like this really creates a wonderful Energetic Matrix within which we 'play.'
